All of us at Resource4mom.com know that........"Returns Happen." 

Refunds are happily accepted within 30 days of repeipt of your order.  Refunds or exchanges require a return authorization number (RAN) and need to be requested within the 30 day refund window.

You can request a RAN by filling in the form below, by e-mailing us at support@resource4mom.com and type in "Request RAN" in the subject, or you can request a RAN by calling 1-800-749-8429.  When requesting a RAN please include the order number, order date, order delivery date, and reason for the return. 

Write the RAN on the order form and the outside of the shipping box. All returns for refund or exchanges need to be sent with delivery confirmation attached to the order so that you have proof you sent back the merchandise if it doesn't make it back to us.  

Refunds: A full refund will be applied to your credit card.  

Exchange: All exchanges are processed within 2 days after receipt of your exchange and you should receive your new merchandise in about 14 days after your exchange has been processed.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours of placing your order. 

Shipping Cost for Returns & Exchanges: Original shipping and return shipping costs cannot be refunded unless the merchadise is defective.
